MEASURE YOUR MIXTURE

A little math.
Just enough mixture.

Plan the cavities you will fill. Nominal capacity is approximate; your mold’s fill line and instructions come first.

Loading model presets. Calculator controls will be available shortly; custom calculations remain available if presets cannot load.

Batch calculator inputs

Use your manufacturer’s cavity capacity or a measurement made to its fill line.

Calculator range: above zero to 10,000 mL per cavity, regardless of display unit. This is a tool limit, not a product specification.

Allowance reduces nominal fill. Zero is a calculation default, not a recommended fill level.

When should I use an allowance?

Follow the supplied fill line and instructions. No universal expansion percentage is prescribed here. Enter a percentage only when you have chosen that reduction for your own plan.

The formula stays simple.

Cavities × nominal cavity capacity × (1 − your allowance ÷ 100). U.S. fl oz are converted at 29.5735295625 mL each. The result does not include mixing losses or extra reserve.
